We are now in our busy season.
Please allow about 10 days to process your order, before it ships.
We ship as fast as we can. We just love sending our plants to their new home. Please allow 2-10 business days to gather and ship, depending on the time of season. Typically, we process orders the same day, depending on the day of the week, and time of day, you place the order. As expected, larger orders could take longer.
We have multiple nurseries, which sometimes requires us to gather plants from different locations. In this case, this effects our time to gather and ship.
Tracking will be sent via email; on the day your order is picked up by the carrier.
If you feel the order is taking too long, please check our Facebook page for any shipping updates, prior to sending a message. Should we experience any bulk delays, for any situation, we will post it there. It is important to look there before sending any messages.
If there is an upcoming, or recent holiday, this will definitely delay shipping and cause back up. Around holidays, please expect longer wait times.
We will not respond to messages asking when your order will ship, when it has been less than the projected time.
If you send a nasty message, because you did not read our shipping details, we reserve the right to simply cancel your order. We do not want to do that, but life is too short, so please be kind and patient.
Due to spam and email phishing, please contact us through Facebook, rather than email.
We calculate shipping costs by weight. Whatever it costs us to ship, is what you pay. We do not make a profit on shipping.
Rest assured, if we happen to be way off, in our calculation, we will send a refund back to your account. We want to be fair!
We offer express shipping services. These shipments are typically delivered the next day, or within 2 days (depending on your location), once an order is fulfilled.
Express shipping prices can be quoted, but you will need to reach out to us, as the cost is calculated by weight. For a quote, please send a message on our Facebook page.
The Plant Whore:
The post office does not cover perishable items for transit.
However, if your order does arrive visibly damaged, you can bring the damaged package, along with its contents, to the post office. There, you can then file a claim with them.
We no longer offer additional insurance to packages. All packages are automatically insured for up to $50.00.
There is a letter on our Facebook page, which you can print and bring to the post office.
All orders ship at the consumer's expense. We additionally offer nursery pick up, for local consumers.
